Long weekend is over

Today was mostly a cooking / dishwashing / dish drying day, with a little bit of time for watching Hotel Del Luna and the latest episode of Masked Singer. Kebab was revealed today and it wasn't too much of a surprise as sis and I were both pretty sure that it was him once Jackie O guessed who he was.
Mainly talked to Sis-in-law today about cooking, food, Woolies bricks and Woolies mobile plan.
I cooked the yum cha style egg noodles with bean sprouts and green onions & broccoli with oyster sauce, and with hubby's help got the steamer going to steam 8 X siu mai's and air fry 4 X bean curd prawn rolls.
For dinner, I tried the pork chop recipe from Asian Grocer online but I didn't follow it well so it was super salty! I felt I did something wrong when I rubbed the pork with a bit too much salt forgetting how salty salt can be!
I made an online order for the Bread Maker today :)
I also played a bit of ROTMG (Realm of The Mad God) online.
Another non productive day (d'oh)...
Hubby will have to figure out his own lunch again tomorrow as I ran out of energy to cook lunch in advance.
